Local Delivery

Enjoy the convenience of doorstep delivery by our appointed home delivery service provider within 2 to 3 working days at just S$12.
We offer a complimentary delivery service for purchases of novita products S$300 & above and for Vitabrid products S$150 & above.

*Note: For water installation, filter replacement service, service maintenance and novita M series™ massage chair deliveries, appointment will be scheduled based on the earliest available slot.

International Delivery via Fedex

For international delivery, all orders will be delivered by Fedex.
You will be subjected to the international mail rates stated by Fedex as well as import taxes, custom duties and other fees related to international delivery.
Delivery should be acknowledged by you or your authorized recipient during the delivery on the invoice presented by the delivery personnel.

Yes! We have 4 different locations that you can do self-collection of your orders as stated below.
You may proceed to your selected stores for collection after receiving SMS/Email notification on the collection period for your items, kindly provide your order confirmation email for verification purpose.
Your order will be available for collection up to 7 days from the start date of your collection period.
Should the order remain uncollected 30 days after the self-collection end date, items will be forfeited and no refund will be made

In-stock items not requiring installation	Order will be processed on next working day and delivery will be within 2 to 3 working days
Water Dispenser that require Installation/ Filter Replacement	Orders will be processed on next working day. An installation self-booking link will be sent to you within 2 to 3 working days via SMS/ email for you to book your desired slot. * Please contact us via email (custcare2@novita.com.sg)/ Call (6552 1023) / WhatsApp (9231 7120) if you did not received it or have issues with the booking.
Massage Chair	Our friendly Customer Care Team will be in touch with you within 2 to 3 working days to arrange for delivery/ installation of the massage chair. Delivery/ installation service (S$120/ trip) is inclusive, however, we do not provide disposal service for existing massage chair. Delivery timing is from Monday to Friday (except for Public Holidays), between 10am - 6pm.
Pre-Order Items	After stock arrives, orders will be processed and delivered within 2 to 3 working days. * Please note that if your order consists of both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will only be shipped out after the pre-order stocks arrive.

Not to worry! Under such circumstances, our courier will contact you to seek for advice or re-schedule another delivery timing.

Once we receive your order, we strive to have it delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Hence, you may only cancel your order before 9AM on the next working day.

We regret that we are unable to accept cancellation after your order has already been dispatched from the warehouse.

No, however you will be required to sign as acknowledgement of receipt and your order will be deemed to be delivered once we receive the authorised couriers' delivery note/invoice.

For Service Maintenance, our friendly Customer Care Team will be in touch with you within 2 to 3 working days to schedule the onsite appointment, available from Monday to Friday (except public holiday), between 9 am to 1 pm or 2 pm to 6 pm.
